SH 352 Gülçin Aslanova plays Schumann and Fikret Amirov
Gülçin Aslanova was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. She studied at the Baku Music Academy with Prof. Farida Kuliyeva, a pupil of Alexander Goldenweiser, and completed postgraduate studies with Prof. Rafik Kuliyev, who trained in Moscow with Abram Shatskes.
She also studied Lied interpretation at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart with Prof. Konrad Richter.
In 2002, she received a DAAD scholarship and conducted research on the early piano works of Robert Schumann at the University of Tübingen.
She currently lives and works in Stuttgart as a piano teacher and performs regularly in concerts in Germany and Italy.
